One-time purchase. You pick a plan, pay once, fill in your project brief, and we ship your campaign site. No recurring billing.
Whichever fits your project. BackerKit when fulfillment is the hard part, WordPress + IgnitionDeck for content-heavy editorial campaigns, or a custom Next.js build when you need full creative and conversion control. We recommend the right stack after your intake call.
Process
Three business days for the Spark Launch plan, up to fourteen for the Stretch Goal Studio plan. Timelines are listed on each plan card on the pricing page.
You're prompted to fill in your project brief — niche, reward tiers, stretch goals, video URL, FAQ notes. An order is created in your dashboard. If we need anything else, the admin will message you in the order's built-in chat. No back-and-forth email threads.
Yes. Every order has a live chat inside its detail page. Both you and our team see new messages in real time without reloading. File attachments are supported on both sides.
Payment
Visa and Mastercard, processed through Authorize.Net. Your card will show a charge by crowdfundforge.
Yes. Card details are tokenized in your browser by Authorize.Net Accept.js before they ever reach our servers. We never see or store raw card numbers.
No. This is a one-time charge. You will see a single charge from crowdfundforge on your statement.
